A railroad organization has launched an advertising campaign to get even more feminine train drivers.
Southeastern, which acts London, Kent, and East Sussex, says fewer than 5 percent of it is motorists will be ladies and it all desires 40% of candidates to become females by 2021.
Ellie Burrows, Southeastern’s train providers director, said the railways must not become male-dominated.
